I had another good online class this morning with my designer student in California.
Today again we discussed furthermore on marketing campaigns and strategies based on the case study of Starbucks.
- Marketing Campaign's Objective and Parameters - Target audience - Marketing channels, what messages to be conveyed at different stages - Timeline and action plan - Execution plan
We did a lot of reflections on our own business and I left some questions for him to think and elaborate.
I should say, it is not a pure Chinese class, but a mutual learning process.
Actually, instead of having as many students as possible, iMandarin is very clear about our target audience, we would like to spend time wisely on those who fit our planning and also share our values.
Especially for our online class/student, we purposely position it at a relatively higher level and also confident with the services provided.
